In a social context characterized by risk and ambivalence between precarious labor and quality of work life, in which societies continue to hold significant reconfigurations in social structure and culture of work, it is considered to be relevant set up a "social specialized space" of monitoring, reflection and discussion about the general evolution of working conditions. This was the motto for the constitution of a research network with a multidisciplinary focus on working conditions. The cross-perspectives provided for the fields of Economics, Engineering, Health, Law, Management, Psychology and Sociology are the basis of this socio-analytical platform, but this does not rule out the contributions of other technical and scientific fields. |
